Question for Adam
Adam - came across this thread and wanted to find out from you directly about Overstock's customer service. I have never ordered yet from Overstock and was about to order the Button-tufted Brown Leather Ottomann (Catalog #: 404880). I saw 50 reviews, all with 5 stars...let me tell you, it is hard for me to believe that there was not 1 person who thought to give this anything less...so I became skeptical. Especially after visiting xxxxxxxxxxxxx -- I was hoping you could quell any concerns from ordering from you and your site before I go off and spend $200+. Not looking for a deal, just some feedback. We did offer to email a picture of the damaged piece. It seems ridiculous that we have to wait so long and that they would even want to pay shipping on the damaged piece (it is heavy!) Another concern is the website says there are only 5 remaining. What if in 14+ days there are none left? Also they said they would email a shipping label, but we have not received it. Any advice?

Thanks Adam, I'd appreciate any help you can give. I still didn't get the shipping label so I'll give them a call to get it. My biggest concern at this point is that by the time the return process is done, there won't be any beds left. The invoice # was 25260370

Hi Adam,
I had a problem on Overstock's site and was wondering if you could help. Bear with me, it's a medium length story. I found item 464208 ESQ Cressida Women's Watch. When I saw it listed, it was on the sidebar listed for 85.99. When I clicked on it for detail, the price was 64.99. (Note the difference) So I went in two days ago to purchase it, it came up at 64.99 but said that it was sold out. I put my email address in for a notification of more in stock. Today I got the email it was back in stock with only ONE unit available. When I went in to order it, the price is back up to 85.99 with a moderate inventory(?) I'm really confused, Adam. I spoke to the customer service and asked about this changing price. I got the explanation that there is no guarantee of prices (but no explanation of why I was seeing it multiple places with different prices.) I understand that but even your site was listing it at two different prices at the same time and now I don't know if the price I'm paying (85.99) is the right price or if I'm just not on the screen with the best price. Follow me? Is there any discount you can offer for all the confusion on this item? Thanks.
