1/4 cup milk
6 Tbsp. honey
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups each frozen raspberries and blueberries
10 paper or plastic cups
PLACE milk, honey and cream cheese in food processor container; cover. Process on high speed until well blended.
ADD fruit; cover. Blend until smooth, scraping side of food processor container as necessary.
POUR into 10 glass, plastic or paper cups and freeze until ready to serve, or eat immediately, soft set.
Great Substitute: Omit raspberries and blueberries. Prepare as directed, adding 2 cups frozen chopped bananas and 1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee to the cream cheese mixture.
