I have been trying to do this also and it isn't working. I click on the link up above it opens and I have to click enter United States then nothing just there regular pages load and I registered and nothing was said about Happy Survey on any of the pages.....Glad it just isn't me......LOL

Hey ladies! I have found the answer!
 OK. I imagine if you register for the first time, then you'll be taken to a link. But I couldn't find it. BUT, THEN I checked my e-mail, and the newsletter brings ya the link! ((towards the bottom of it for da ladies who are a tad impatient, like me ))So Enjoy!

Okay ya'll - this seems to have opened back up.....I got a confirm from Clinique after I entered that they were shipping the samples in January 2003. So, if you missed this the first time around, here is the order form for Clinique's Happy Heart free sample.
