This one requires you to take a survey I feel horrible this didn't work for you as I had gotten it through a forward in an email from a friend and it worked for me. Sorry about it. I am not a part of Start Sampling either.

This is an offer on the start sampling page. It is only available to some, not all. You have to sign up and then they decide who gets what offers. From this cascade paage, click on the start sampling logo and it will take you to a page where you can sign up
