When my uncle retired we gave him a really nice outdoor rocking chair so he could sit on the porch and just relax, he really liked it.

Is there anything special that he/she is retiring to do?? Any hobbies or interest that they're nawwing at the bit to start or pick back up?? If so I would get something that might pertain to that. Make up a nice basket with a varieties of items that focus on their hobby/interest.
