I pay 80% of my stuff online. I don't use a certain provider for this, I use individual log ins with each company. I do know it is offered at my credit union, but I choose not to take advantage since logging in to each account gives me the opportunity to check my statement online and that way I don't forget to. I keep a list of my log in names and passwords next to my computer and a seperate one in my purse in case I am at work. Either way, it saves me a tremendous amount of time. I don't know if this helped, but I hope it did. Good Luck!

I pay online with everyone that allows it and I also use mycheckfree.com or checkfree.com Very Convienent! I only have to mail 2 bills a month. And when you pay online you can pick the day you want the money to come out of your accunt!

I have used the online bill pay service offered by my bank for about 6 months--it's fabulous! Saves lots of time, especially if you have recurring payments, such as mortgage, car loan, etc. You can just set it up to pay on a certain day, and you are done. It is also so much easier when you are on vacation since you'll set things up ahead of time. It does take a little time at first to set everything up, but after that it's a breeze!

I've paid online through my bank for years now, I love it and would hate to have to go back to writing checks and mailing them. The only check I write now is to my daughter preschool for tuition!

Question paying bills online

For those that pay monthly bills online, are you charged a service fee either through your bank or the payee you owe?

Only my electric and gas company do that, to the tune of a $1 fee. Everyone else I use provides it as a free service.
