Who can I contact about internet fraud (Consumer Link)?

Does anyone have any suggestions who I can contact about internet fraud (Consumer Link)? These people are crooks and I want my money. They have owed me $30 for months now and each time I email them they ignore my requests. Now they have deleted my account without my permission. I guess that is so they don't have to pay me and that they is no record of my involvement. I have all the emails and the confirmations that I did complete the surveys.

Any help is appreciated.

Try your state's attorney general's office (via google) or the federal trade commission (www.ftc.gov). There's also the BBB (www.bbb.org).

I would contact IFCC (Inetnernet Fraud Complaint Center)
" The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C).

IFCC's mission is to address fraud committed over the Internet. For victims of Internet fraud, IFCC provides a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism that alerts authorities of a suspected criminal or civil violation. For law enforcement and regulatory agencies at all levels, IFCC offers a central repository for complaints related to Internet fraud, works to quantify fraud patterns, and provides timely statistical data of current fraud trends."
