Thanks for posting this Sue.

DH and I were so saddened to hear of Johnny Cash passing, but had heard he's been not only ill but so heart broken since loosing his wife June Carter Cash.

And we were not only saddened but in shock to hear of John Ritter's passing! What a tremendous loss to all his co worker's and family!

It's truely a sad day in the Entertainment world for the loss of both of these men!!

They said he died on his 5 year olds birthday and his wifes birthday was the next day. How sad is that? That will put a damper on every birthday they ever have. So sad.

While it's a tragedy to lose both of them, it was only a matter of time before we lost Johnn Cash, especially after he lost his beloved wife June earlier this year. May they both rest in peace.

On the other hand ~ I was shocked and still find it hard to believe we lost John Ritter! I've loved watching him since the days of Three's Company and thought his new show was a hit also! He was young, had so much to live for! His family will have some very tough times ahead, my thoughts are with them!

I also think Johnny Cash died of a broken heart as much as respiratory failure. It was sad but not totally unexpected.

John Ritter's death caught me so off guard - I went into shock. Not only did Stella turn 5 on the day her dad died with Amy's birthday was the next day - but John's birthday was this coming week - as well as he and Amy's wedding anniversary... that's awful.

So many special events to be associated with John's death. It's tragic. Peace and prayers to his family.
