I think they just changed that because yesterday I had no problems logging in anywhere, today it's doing the same thing to me that it's doing to you. I know you can set windows to remember your password at different sites, but I think you can only save one password per site which makes it hard if more than one person in your family uses the same site as you do.

I noticed the same problem on Friday with my free account. thought it was a normal thing as I had never gone over 30 before. So here I was deleting passwords to make more room and then I accidently deleted one I needed but thankfully that was the one time when my computer asked if I wanted to save it I did or I would have been paddling up river.

No it's new because I had alot more than 30 on mine since my husband and I both use it and I use it for verifying codes. It never did this to me before today.

Windows will remember more than one per site, as long as your log in is different. All you have to do is put your curser in the username box and hit the down arrow, you'll see a list of your usernames, clicking on one and hitting tab will automatically put in your password. I have both mine and dh's paypal passwords stored becuase I'd never remember them. I rely on it way too much probably, but I use pretty much the same combos everywhere so I can always jsut keep trying different things and eventually I get it.
