Does Weatherbug now have spyware?

I've used Weatherbug for a long time, I like it because it shows the temp right on my screen all the time and because of the severe weather alerts. I run ad-aware and spybot every few days, sometimes more and it has never brought weatherbug up as spyware. But today both programs did and when I clicked to fix it, it deleted the entire weatherbug program from my computer. I downloaded it again, ran both ad-aware and spybot again and both showed it as spyware again. I'm wondering if they just recently added spyware to it to monitor where we go so they know which ads to send us. Does anyone know? If this is the case I will NOT be using it. I don't like any program that watches what I'm doing.
