Refunds from Restaurant.com?

Anyone ever hear of this place giving refunds for gift certificates that can't be used? I have a few to a local place and gave a few for Christmas for the same place - it burnt to the ground early Sunday morning. Big bummer! Just wondering, if anyone has, it might give me something to say when I ask them about it.
Thanks!

I just thought I'd share what happened with this. I emailed them and asked about this. I never heard anything back and thought it was a lost cause. They really don't need to refund my money because it is not their problem/fault - I could have used the certificates in the time before Juniper Inn burned down. To my surprise, today I was checking through my statement and there was a refund from them! I am so pleased. What nice service, even though they never told me about it. Just thought I'd share.

Me too, Karin - great news - congrats!! I have yet to try this site but it sounds like a pretty good deal. It's good to know they are so customer oriented. Thanks!!
