Wow, good luck Lisa!
My only recommendation might be to hire a cleaning service. For $2-300 you can have someone come in and clean from top to bottom (including ceiling fans, etc) Then you can de-stress and focus on getting the house sold more quickly. You may even make up the cost in interest and housepayments because you can get the home sold more quickly. Make sure you get your house as visible as possible. Signs leading into the neighborhood, get in a newspaper classified listing and any other local ad publications. Take some time for yourself! A shopping trip, get your hair done, take a bubble bath without the kids banging on the door, or have hubby take you out to dinner. It'll be gone before you know it! |
