Question on Amazon free shipping on orders over $25

hi.

I have been wondering bout amazons free shipping on orders over $25. i thought you had to find things with the truck to have the free S&H but whenever i am looking nothing i am finding has the truck? can someone explain it to me? maybe i am just looking at everything that doesnt qualify?!

Amazon's usually have the truck, but not always...

Buy.com requires the truck for free s/h, and the selection of free s/h items is much more limited.
