Pay-pal Awfull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AGHRRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH

I am so sick of Pay-pal.. sure everything is fine when everything goes right.
Since I had ny CC# stolen I had to change things around at pay-pal. ( It was confusing) I thought I did it right guess not.so I sent money. They restricted my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! because I used the wrong card. THEY COULD HAVE CALLED!!!!!!!! or sent notice!!!!!!!!
no they just restricted it!!!!!!!!
NOw I have to send them my ID and a statement., I don't think so. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I understand it is supposed to protect me.
now I can't get my $17.00 . oh sure they restrict me account I can't get my money but I can sure upgrade my account and give them more money!!!!!!!!

oh and there muber is not easy to find either! ANd they do not respond to their e-mails Either.
We can't do anyting till the process is completed!!!!!!!!
