I use an Envirosteamer on my ceramic tile floors. It's really awesome. Expensive, but worth it, I think.

I actually have the steam bullet, which I have used maybe twice? It looked great on the infomercial, but I decided it's easier to just use "elbow grease" than to get out the apparatus, attachments, fill it up, then wait for it to get hot enough to steam. I have also burned myself on it a few times. But it is great for melting crayon off the wall...LOL

i have an envirosteamer and the envirosteamer hot shot (i love them both!) the regular envirosteamer works great on my kitchen floors.
the hot shot works well--but my only complaint is that it doesn't hold enough steam for tough cleaning jobs (like my stove, which tends to get really icky). i have to refill it often..

but other than that.. i love both items. (i'm just kinda lazy when it comes to the housework)
--oh! and with the hotshot (or multipurpose steamer) i have this aversion to ironing... anyhow, it works great if you need to steam the wrinkles out of clothes (like my hubby's class A uniforms!) AND it's great for cleaning windows (i have a great dane and we get really mean doggy booger/slime on the windows) the envirosteamer cuts right through the goo (and it doesn't streak!)
