I do know that you can not combine promotions. Are you using a different promotion for those or is it just not allowing that? There may be a limit of 10 for the books on site. I will check to see if that is the case.

READ BEFORE CLICKING ON A DEAL
Always clear your cache and cookies as a precaution. Click on 'Tools' -> 'Internet Options'. Then click 'Delete Files', and select the Delete all offline content box. Then click 'Delete Cookies'. Now you have cleared your cache and cookies, and should have the newest information for the deal.
